Shipping is free for all Inner Circle members.
Free shipping over €80 in Germany, over €100 in Austria and the EU, and over €150 for Switzerland and international orders. Below that, your Inner Circle status takes over: members never pay for shipping.
Rates: Germany €4.99 (2–4 business days), Austria €6.99 (4–6 business days), EU €9.99 (4–7 business days).
Switzerland and rest of the world: €13.99 (approx. 7 business days).
Returns: you have 14 days — the matching form is linked in the footer.

We only use high-strength, waterproof 304 stainless steel.
It doesn't tarnish and won't discolour — not even with sweat or water.
That's backed by our quality promise and a 1-year warranty.
Not for you?You have 14 days to send it back. In the returns portal you choose between a refund or 1.5× the value as Miles credit. After the 14 days your warranty still applies.
If anything is wrong, we'll send you a replacement at our cost.
