Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days within Germany, 4–6 business days to Austria, 4–7 business days within the EU and approx. 7 business days to Switzerland and the rest of the world.

From an order value of €80, shipping to Germany, Austria and the EU is free. Below that it costs €4.99 (Germany), €6.99 (Austria) or €9.99 (EU). To Switzerland and the rest of the world shipping is always €13.99. Inner Circle members never pay shipping, with no minimum order.

Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This allows you to check the current status of your shipment at any time.

We deliver to all EU countries and selected other countries. The exact shipping costs and delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

You have 14 days from receipt to declare your withdrawal. After that, you have another 14 days to send back the goods — sending within the deadline is sufficient. Please return the item in its original packaging and with accessories, if possible. This is a request, not a condition: Your right of withdrawal remains valid even if you have tried on an item.

Via the Returns Portal. There you can register your return yourself, with your name, order number and email, without having to log in. As a logged-in member, you can choose to receive 1.5 times the value of the goods as Miles credit instead of a refund.

For standard returns, you as the buyer bear the return shipping costs. For faulty or incorrectly delivered goods, we will cover the costs.

We will issue a refund immediately, no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation, to your original method of payment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

Made from 304 stainless steel — hence the name 304supply. 304 is the material number of the stainless steel from which our Wallet Chains and bracelets are made: corrosion-resistant, nickel-release-free, and designed for daily use. The Ice bracelets also feature firmly set zirconia stones, while the Cord bracelets have a satin band with stainless steel elements.

No. Stainless steel 304 is highly resistant to tarnishing, sweat, and water. You can wear our products without any issues while exercising, showering, or in everyday life.

Occasionally wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth. For heavier soiling, you can briefly clean it with lukewarm water and a little mild soap.

Wallet chains are 60 cm long. The ice bracelets measure 19 cm and close with a box clasp with a safety bar that can be opened with one hand. The cord bracelets are continuously adjustable from 12 to 19 cm via two sliding knots. Wallet chains are attached to the belt loop with a carabiner.
