We ship all orders from Hammah, Germany. Once your parcel is on its way you receive an email with your tracking number.

Switzerland and rest of the world: €13.99 · approx. 7 business days

From an order value of €80, shipping to Germany, Austria and the EU is free. To Switzerland and the rest of the world the shipping price applies regardless of order value.

For Inner Circle members shipping is always free — worldwide and with no minimum order.

You have 14 days from receipt to declare your withdrawal. After that, you have another 14 days to send back the goods — dispatch within the deadline is sufficient. Please return the item in its original packaging and with accessories, if possible. This is a request, not a condition: your right of withdrawal remains valid even if you have tried on an item. You initiate the return yourself in the returns portal: there you can choose between a refund and 1.5 times the value of the goods as Miles credit. You bear the costs for the return shipment. If an item is damaged or incorrectly delivered, we will cover them. We will refund immediately, at the latest 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal, to your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.
